I ordered an exide battery from batterywale.com and paid for it online. This was purchased on 13th Feb 2020 for an amount of 1950. I had ordered this bike battery for my pulsar 200 and was delivered by one of their exide dealers in Bangalore named NR Batteries Bangalore-37. The battery provided was substandard and does not support Pulsar 200. I’ve been trying to connect with exide folks but, haven’t received any resolution. The battery did not work at all and is incompatible with my bike. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE OFFERED BY SUCH A REPURATED BRAND LIKE EXIDE AND BATTERY WALE. NEED THIS REPLACED AND EXCHANGED FOR ONE THAT WOULD SUPPORT MY BIKE. PLEASE HELP ME!!! My email ID is [email protected] and my phone number is 9886521710
