as bbnl is a fibre net internet service provider it should give full speed what they mention in there plan but they say that u’ll get 2MBps speed i receive a transfer rate of about 200-270 kbps… this should not be a case with fibre net.if i complain to them they fool around by showing n testing it on okla speed tester. kindly help in this issue.
