Sit I have ordered for New mobile accessories from Best deal TV on 31-1-16 vide there ref.no.1091298 and received seven small items in one box by paying 1199-00 vide their invoice no.847663-201602021091298, as the items were defective and off very cheap quality i returned them by India post SPEED POST by paying 135 on 7-2-16 and i mailed all the receipt photos and mailed them in spite of calling so many times i have not received my money back. Sir, I am Sr, citizen and i cannot do all the on line formalities which i do not know. I request you to see that my amount along with postal charges phone charges more 200 and mental agony i am under going may plese be thought.and my amount refunded at the earkliest. I do not want itrms.
