I booked one appointment with Beu Salons on 11th July 2021. They confirmed the booking but no one came. and after the time passed I cancelled my booking for which I made the online payment. So I requested them to refund my payment over the email as no one was receiving the call. And someone once received but they cut the call keeping me on hole for 5 minutes. They replied over the email that they have initiate the refund and I will receive it in next 5-7 working days but so far I have neither received any refund nor they are answering any of my calls.

I would like to raise a FORMAL COMPLAINT against BE U SALONS. I have purchased a product on 11th July from the website http://www.beusalons.com for Rs.1263,
THEY promised to deliver the product by 17th. Everyday i have been calling and msging THEM for the delivery. the staff in BE U SALON do not respond and their customer services helpline dont work .
I have been day and night following up for a refund but there is no response from YOU .
This has become a MENTAL HARRASMENT for me and I DEMAND A COMPENSATION FOR THEIR WORST SERVICE AND UNWANTED MENTAL TORTURE.
I will never recommend this website to anyone. and I request your assistance in having my issue resolved. I am looking for the refund and COMPENSATION due their lack of services.
I WILL BE SENDING A COPY TO CYBER CRIME FOR THE FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY YOU HAVE BEEN DOING FOR THIS LONG.
