Hi Team,
I am disturbed since February 2017.
I bought a Sweatshirt on this website called- http://www.beyondpinkshop.com/home/ paid online. After few weeks when my order didn’t reach me I wrote an email id mentioned on their website- [email protected], there was no answer on my several emails.
Then I called them on the number mentioned on their website and the person talked rudely with me that why you were writing the email why didn’t you called and said he will provide me t-shirt in place of sweatshirt as winters stuff are no more in stock. No tshrt also got deleivered. After several follow ups no solution. And then again they gave another email id- [email protected], there when I wrote they replied then please send you bank account details we will refund again no refund came and again they stopped replying to my email.

I want my money back, please help.
