Not delivering the prize/goods
Dear Sir,

With reference to above captioned subject, I wish to file a complaint against a fraudulent online shopping webiste – Key4Deals.com of company – BGM Online Ltd. The details of my complaint are as under:-

1. On 22/10/2016, one executive of key4deals asked me to do a shopping of Rs. 99 by stating that I have won a confirmed prize. The prize will be declared within 24 hours.

2. On 24/10/2016, another customer executive told me I have won an IPhone worth Rs. 69,900. In order to claim the same prize, she asked to make a compulsory security depost amount of Rs. 6,990/-. I paid the same amount on 24/10/2016 through my wife’s account in ICICI bank by NEFT transaction. (attached bank statement for reference).

3. After a few days, the customer care executive asked me to pay Rs. 8,760/- to claim the prize in 3 instalments. I also paid the same amount on 27/10/2016 (attached bank statement and retail voucher for reference).

4. After a few days, the manager called up and said that my prize amount increased from Rs. 69,990/- to 93,000/- and for that I will have to make additional payment of Rs. 11,000/-. Now I refused to pay the amount further anymore. So, he said that I will not get any refund for my security deposit amount.

5. Hence, I lost my security deposit of Rs. 15,849/- (Rs. 6990 + Rs. 8760 + Rs. 99).
