Same is with us. Requested for refund since 20 days. I was informed that all criterias have been fulfilled except uploading of wooksheets. I have uploaded all the worksheets last week. The customer care representative daily says that you will gat call back. But no one is calling back or replying in mail.
Kindly refund at the earliest.
