Bhanzu customer support misguided us and helped us to choose the course online.
After joining the course in 1:2 ratio where each class will have two students only.
But after we paid the complete payment Bhanzu team put is in 6 students batch.
They clearly said we can’t put you in 1:2 class and you can complaint anywhere, we will not provide you 1:2 class because it’s not available.
Now we told them to provide us refund for wrong product delivery by their sales team.
They clearly said no we can’t, it’s not in our policy.
I feel Bhanzu team has no etiquette and no respect for their customers.

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Bhanzu.
