Bharat Matrimony – Charged us in USD for india a/c

Hello, While browsing through the payment options I was led to believe that I was paying in Indian rupees when I was charged 138 USD by this company. Within a matter of hours I called Bharatmatrimony and asked for my membership to be cancelled as I was charged more than what I was expecting without any forewarning. Bharatmatrimony representatives are very rude and have straightaway rejected refunding y money even though I do not intend to use their service for the exorbitant price I paid. I would like to know what options I can pursue to get back my money? Thank You.
