Hi,
I have created a profile but have not upgraded the services. I get many calls from the department to ask for upgradation. After informing them that I have already taken services from other site, they will just hang up the call. This was not the 1st time, all the employees who have called did the same thing.
Is this the service you give to customers? This behaviour how we will trust you or like your service though I have not taken any package , the employees can’t treat this way.
