I was having network issue around 1-July-2020.(not having a single network signal)
I have called them many times but they never used to register a complaint, after many attempts I was able to raise a complete on 13-june-2020. I used to call them every alternative day they were like it will solved in 30 min and 1hour but it never worked.
And today they send a SMS saying that It has been resolved, but the fact is that I am still facing the same network issue in my area.
Just to make a call to the customer care I have walk to my main road and then make a call. And many of the customer representative are very supper they just hung up the phone after 30 sec not even a minute. The worst customer care ever. I can’t explain what I have experience in works but it’s the worst.
