Hi,
Two people have made a profile for the same person and paid a membership fee, requiring a refund. As it was an unintentional error without knowing double payment was made for the same person, I requested a refund from BM within 24 hours of payment, not even using any of BM’s services. But I got a declined email from helpdesk, without any explanation. As their terms and conditions were not having any details for this kind of case as well.
