Bharti Maid Services fruad scam

We needed full-time maid for our house. We contacted Bharti Maid Services for the same. They forwarded some resumes for verification. We selected one maid from that. They said maid shall come within a week. They asked to transfer Rs 25,000/- for an year for their services. They provided their Bank account number and details for funds transfer. We transferred the funds through NEFT. The maid did not turn up within a week. We followed up after that, but there is no delivery. No response on the time when maid shall be provided. We have asked for refund of payment since service is not provided. There was no response to that as well.

Same thing happened with me, I paid 10000 in advance in june for a care giver for a paralyzed patient and till now no care giver available ..every time they told us a different story. agency gave false commitments for replacement. They are absconding from May ( not answering calls). had sent them mails as well for refund of registration..but all representatives were absconding.

Finally I decided to post about them on online consumer forums, now as they saw these posts , they are threatening me day and night to remove the complaints from online consumer forums.

Am very much sure they are operating without a license and are also involved in child trafficking, got to know these from internal sources, they are trafficking from states like Haryana , Bihar and jharkand.

Such agencies should be checked for their quality of service and must be banned from operating.

I am not the only one. many undergone similar problem with the same agency are contacting me to join hands aginst them.

    neither police will take any action of our complaints nor consumer forum since they all are sleeping on our complaints lets unite together as there are n no of ppl cheated by vikram and his wife mehak..there is a helpline portal of president of india lets write a complaints for this shame less guy vikram who should be behind bars for such act.. i am pretty sure we will get justice by my earlier experience lets them remove such corrupot ppl from our society n make it corruption free..guys pls reach president portal n write ur complaints ..

    I have also deposited Rs. 18,000 and some how I was able to get the Cheq from them. But that cheq got bounce.

    I have sent legal notice but no one is there to receive the same.

    Hi, I too have similar experience against Bharti Agency (earlier know as Lalim Enterprises) and Vikarm, Sahil, Balu etc. They are real cheats, shameless crooks, liars. What to tell about them more.. in short beware from them. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY ADVANCE PAYMENT. They will become a pain in your life as they had become in ours.

      THEY HAVE DUPED US RECENTLY IN OCTOBER OF RS 10000 ON FALSE PRETEXT OF SENDIND A MAID ,,,,,WHY DONT WE EXTENSIVELY PASTE ON FACEBOOK AND OTHER PUBLIC FORUMS
