I Have booked one plot in Central Park Vizag. Initially Mr. Giridhar said that he will take care of the plot numbers and all. After few days we received one notice from Bhashyam developers stating that I need to pay 50% of the total amount to go for agreement of the plot. But till that plot number not confirmed from him. I called him and informed about the notice and he said he will take care of that and don;t worry you can pay when I told to do. But all of sudden last from last week onwards he started telling no plots available you have to look into some other project for getting plot. SHOCKED!!! when I inquiry with their Branch manager he said all plots in that project already sold out long ago only. We are into deep trouble. I have the payment receipts and passbook details from them. Please take necessary action and do the needful. Regards, Jagadish
