Hi,

On 21 December 17, I ordered a Mobile cover from shopping website www.bigroots.in, the value of product is Rs 745/- and I have made the payment via paytm. I have not got any Status of my ordered product like when I get my order etc. etc. When I try to Contact the helpline number which is provided on a contact us page, the number is not correct or something and when I try to email them the email address is also wrong, then finally I searched on google about this company and came to know that the company has done fraud with so many people.
