Bikanervala – Couldn’t get online order & unethical behaviour by customer support

I am disappointed at our most recent experience with bikanervala online services. As rakshbandhan is most important festival for we indians. It’s very panic that i could not send rakhi to my brother, which i have booked online on bikanervala website. They have, t deliver and replied that shipping address is in non serviceable zone than why the merchant has taken order.
Its very disappointing that bikanervala, a big name in indian market is giving such kind of services. The merchant has not reimburse amount till now.

The customer support team has not replied after many complains. I called many time but they hold my phone for 5-6 minutes. Its big harassment.
