I am a senior citizen, over 70 years old, and have a fixed deposit with the above company, which is now 7 years overdue, although they are current on interest. Bilcare refuses to redeem the deposit, claiming their cash flow is weak, although their latest balance sheet shows INR 4.52cr in ready cash. They have also filed false statements with the BSE claiming no complaints have been received from depositors in the last quarter.
