I have placed a FD for Rs.80, 0000/= with Bilcare ltd on 03/11/2012 for 36 months. Into was paid for the period up to 02/11/2015. The FD receipt duly discharged was sent through Integrated Entprises to the company vide FF courier Rct:A91900168483 for repayment of prpl amount.The co returned the FD receipt With endmt that CLB in its order DT 07/08/2015 granted them 15 months deferment for payment and assured to pay qly into as per terms. But, the co.neither sent int. warrants nor sent reply for delay there of.Request reply expeditiously.

While the original FD placed with the Company in the year 2015 was unilaterally extended by the Company , a new FD bearing no 1815503 was issued by the Company on 01/07/2019 in my favour for 24 months due on 01/07/2021 @ interest rate of 11.75%.While the quarterly was regularly received by me,the Company has not paid me the Principal amount Of Rs 80,000/- which has become due for payment on 01/07/2021.I had sent the FD duly signed on the reverse to the Company before due date but the Company is not responding to my e mails.I am a senior citizen and I am dire need of funds.If other FD holders also face such situation,I am keen to know what they intend to do to get redressal.
