I had invested Rs 5 L in yr 2011 against Fd receipt no 5816176. Till date I.e. till jun 2024 I have not received principal amount on maturity. Every after 2 years they force me to renew FD for another 2 years and not paying principal amount for last 12-13 years. Even during financial crisis in the family, I received only 1L but remaining amount 4L is still not released. I’m going to take this case to RBI. Any suggestions on this are welcome..
