Dear Sir,
As per the telecon I received from you (+91-20-48587700) today in response to my aforesaid email, wherein you said the Company is short of fund and unable to pay in full against the captioned FD of Rs.40,000/- but will repay in part (minimum Rs.10,000/-) and balance will be treated as Renewal, I sending therewith the Renewal Form, duly signed. Please note that the captioned original FDR NO.716001 of Rs. 40,000/- was sent to you VIDE MY LETTER DATED 19TH dEC 2015 (COPY ATTACHED).
You also agreed to send me the UNPAID / UNCLAIMED F.D. INTERESTS of the past also. Since I do not seem to be in receipt of the Interest Cheque and in any case the dates must have time-barred now, I request you to re-issue / remit ll my outstanding interests. Intimation regarding details of interest paid from the date of inception / start of my FDR (from October 2012) would be appreciated.
Based on your verbal confirmation and assurance, I am sending herewith the FD renewal form, duly signed. Kindly release the principal (part or in full) along with overdue interests / unpaid interests as I am going through tough finncial condition due to Covid19.
