Sir I purchased BlackOx led TV Nov 2017 which has 5years warranty. It is suddenly stopped working I made complaint regarding issue on 17 Nov 2018 complaint No.JHYD1811171269615 company technician visited and identified board problem and after one month he came changed the board. It is worked only few hours it is stopped working again I made complaint regarding issue complaint No.JHYD18122311454185, again company technician visited identified board problem and after one month he brought the board and replaced it. Again it is also worked few hours and stopped working. Now again I made complaint No.JHYD1902011513650. Now technician identified board problem need to change. Sir please take necessary action I need replacement of tv and compensation for suffering due to delay.
