Sir I purchased BlackOx led TV Nov 2017 which has under 5years warranty. It is suddenly stopped working I made complaint regarding issue on 17 Nov 2018, after one month they changed two times mother boards they also stopped working in few hours. Since two months they saying we provide new mother board from manufacturing unit but still I am not received. Customer care agent every time saying today evening you receive tracking details. THERE IS NO PROPER ADDRESS FOR THIS COMPANY AND ALSO NO PROPER RESPONSIBLE PERSONS they given Mr.Ibadat no.8264203073 it is always switch off he lifted call one time and said the mother board has shipped,he is a big liar . They are not providing service not refunding my money. PLEASE DON’T BUY BLACKOX TV IT IS A FRAUD COMPANY . Concern persons please take necessary action.
