I ordered an item on Blinkit and paid the money via Gpay , which is Rs 269.( Date of order : 30th March) . But after making me wait for half an hour , they told that my order has been cancelled as it is out of stock. Now, it was showing that the refund would be initiated on 4th of April. The amount would reflect by 9th of April in my UPI. But, today is 12th April and still no sign of refund.
There is no contact number goven so that i can lodge a complaint aginst the company and so that somehow i get my money back. While ordering the item , the out of atock was not even mentioned and despite that the list of products include that product. For further future reference , my order number has been mentioned in the screenshots that has been attached below .
Please , someone help me to resolve this matter or else there will remain nothing for me to do but to lose my money for no reason. No support team is there in the process so that i am helped regarding this.

I had two orders cancelled by Blinkit, in Somajiguda Hyderabad on November 27 and 28. a staff member of that small outlet named Sakshi took my order, took the money and then said the order had been cancelled as there was a road block somewhere. there was no such road block. the shop;s manager Mr. Anil told me they could not do anything about it. several calls to them were filled with lies and wrong information about the refund being done. I have finally complained to the consumer forum in Abids, Hyderabad and will also file a police complaint as giving wrong information about refund amounts to fraud.
