I ordered a dress fron blue fashion 84 through instagram on 3rd March and made the advance payment of rs.1895 online. I received a wrong cheap product that is not even worth rs.500 on 9th March. I have recorded the video while opening the package and shared the video and pics with them as per their return policy. I was told that they will exchange the product but I have waited enough. Now they have stopped responding to the messages on the intagram page as well. I just want my money back or the dress that I ordered and take this cheap product back. I have been chasing them regularly but they are not responding. I have attached a pic of what has arived on left vs. What was ordered on right. The cloth material is very bad and the embroidery is no where close. When placing the order I mentioned to be sure of sending the correct embroidery dress and I was assured that it will be the same dress that will be shipped. I have all the chat messages, the payment confirmation and the package delivery video with me.
