I, Pardeep Singh R/O Ludhiana, hereby submit my complaint against the counsellors, Ms. Sukhveer Kaur and Mr. Gaurav, both of whom are currently employed by Blue River Consultants.
We went on a date to their office for USA study visa counseling on September 19, 2023. We met with counsellors Ms. Sukhveer Kaur and Mr. Gaurav, who informed us of the USA study visa with spouse case after we paid them the initial sum of 10,000 in cash and received a cash receipt.
And instructed them to deliver the documents the following day. Mr. Gaurav collected all of our paperwork via WhatsApp and instructed us to pay the fee for the funds show process and open a new bank account. Then he demands 20,000 to open a new account.
He is asked why 20,000 needs to open a bank account. According to him, your account will have 10,000 in savings and 10,000 in service fees.
I once again ask, “What kind of service charges?” Please allow me to speak with your senior, Sukhveer Kaur.
After some time, Ms. Sukhveer Kaur called me to explain the 2000 fee for opening a new account. She said that 1000 would remain in your bank account as savings and would be refunded at the end of the day. In addition, 1000 would be charged to open a bank account in the past to demonstrate earlier deposits, including transfer fees. However, there is no professional standard for opening a bank account in the past.
I’m concerned that they’ll gradually take the extra cash. I spoke with Sukhveer mam once more about the viability and justification of requiring 20,000 to open a bank account.
After some time, her assistant, Mr. Gaurav, called to say that we could only adjust by 10,000 for opening a new account.
You must use WhatsApp to send documents like adhaar cards and pan cards. How is it possible that you can open bank accounts without us being present, I inquire of him.
Just send a picture of your blank paper signature and a passport-size photo, he instructed. How absurdly slow is the process where they ask for documents online and make a copy of our signature on the form to open a bank account?
Then I realized that the staff at Blue River Abroad Consultant is unprofessional, wasting both my time and my money.
I requested a refund of my initial payment, which was 10,000, for this. They simply altered their behavior and didn’t return my calls.
After three to four days, Sukhveer Mam told me to call back every day and ask for the bank information. I give her the information. I called numerous times, but nobody ever picked up.

I have no trust in this kind of group of liars who change their statements step by step, so please resolve the issue and return my valuable money.
