I do a courier on bluedart on dated 8.9.17. from namrup to dibrugarh today is 13.9.17 and till now i m unable to received the courier. I went their courier office today at 3.30 pm for asking my courier status. They told me that due to some of their problem they handed over the courier to first flight on 13.9.17. then i ask them the tracking id of first flight. But they simply told me that they dont know. But today when my father checked in jorhat blue dart office for status enquary and they told him that my courier is packed on dated 13.9.17. then how can it be possible that they handed over my courier in first flight. I think this is a gake bluedart office. In their bluedart chamber their is No computer or register for their record. Please take some serious action against bluedart, namrup branch.
