Hi, I was planning to buy an apartment in BM Glorietta (E-108). I have paid 25k token advance.
As per revenue map, there are 2 nala’s passing through the apartment. However you can see only one. Another was encroached. After knowing the facts, I want to cancel the deal.
He asked me to cheat the IT department as register as Indian resident. NRIs have to pay nearly 23% TDS. He told that he will come for registration so there won’t be any TDS. I spent with 3rd party verification todo the verification.
But owner Sridhar Baisa who sits in US cheated my token advance 25k
Sending the legal notice will not be useful as he is sitting in USA.
