i ordered a product “Saanchi Ecommerce Rani Pink Net Party Wear Gown” and paid money RS499 through netbanking from the online shopping site www.bollywoodkart.com in 13/10/2016. after that no response to my product. i cant even track it in their site (tracking id given to me is 100034036). i sent a couple of emails regarding this issue. but still no reply. someone help me please.
