I have booked 2 product through shopclus.I have received 1 out of 2 .Second product expected delivery date was 9th of feb.After non receipt of product when I called up shopclus customer care Mr.subham informed me about revised expected delivery date is 20th feb.But on 18th evening I have received sms that product has been delivered Nd your process has been completed.
When I try to enquire regarding this from shopclus on 19tj feb again Mr.imtiaz said it will take another 5 days to resolve the issue.
And I am sure after 5 days shopclus will show me some fake receiving docs and try to prove that product has been received by me.
But I would like to inform mgmt team of shopclus that some mischievous practice is going on between your customer care and courier.
Please cancel my order ID 109129328 and send my money back to my bank account.
