Sir/Madam,
I am from Jorhat Assam have ordered certain parcels from shopclues and the items have been delivered by “Book My Packet” delivery person. I have requested to return certain products (Return Id: 3772628 Order Id: 110486911; Return Id: 3772573 Order Id: 110486912; Return Id: 3765032 Order Id: 1104264479; Return Id: 3764950 Order Id: 110426480,) to shopclues and they approved but now the delivery person is not picking up the parcels but instead he has wrongly informing to shopclues that he is trying to pick up the parcels. Since the time I informed Shopclues that I am returning these items he never came to deliver a product that came on 01/03/2017 (Return Id: 3772628 Order Id: 110486911), instead of the regular previous delivery person another delivery boy on 01/03/2017 came to deliver the parcel . When asked the boy about pickup he told us that the delivery person who delivered the previous parcel he only would come to pickup the parcel, but till today the other delivery man never came. I don’t have his number or their address so it is very difficult to contact them. So I asked you to take the matter and resolve my issues. I can’t wait forever for them to come and pickup the parcels. I am waiting for your reply. Thanking you.
