I’ve made a payment dated (11/01/2020) of Rupees 2277.22 on BOOK MY TRAIN application with the transaction number 295833808 money got debited from my account and never booked tickets. I tried reaching your customer support they never got back to me. Please refund my money if not will be filing a petition on you. Please find the payment receipt attached for your reference.
I tried reaching them but they are not responding

If I am not going to help here, I’ll be reporting the issue to CYBER CRIME
