Book my offer – Received duplicate and defective fastrack watch.

I ordered a fastrack watch from bookmyoffer.com on 15 march 2016 and received the watch on 18 March 2016, to my surprise it was duplicate and completely broken from its back side. On the same day I tried a lot to reach them using there online support number but didn’t get any response so I raised a ticket also. But didn’t get any response from them.
By now I tried cousmer care number about 20 times but didn’t get any response. Also dropped mail also and results the same no response.
