i have booked an item (from rediff shopping and they showed the status as they have deliverd it through BMP K courier .after long delay and mails on 10th of feb 2016 i received information from rediff as the item has beed deliverd when i havent yet received the company.book my packet dont have a customer care number and is a fraud company.please do the need full

I was booked Adcom mobile from shop Clue and the same was booked through book my pocket vide tracking id 96589489. and the item is not delivered but it is showing delivered on 13.08.2016. please check my issue and deliver my item. my mobile number is 8953674863.
I HV booked 2 power bank of Sony from whaaky. Com on 26.02.16 . bt on track staus BMP courier show it return to origin. Bt BMP never contact with me .it is totally fraud courier.

Same problem like lijan George i have booked item from whaaky.com But In Bookmypacket site their status is delivered. It is fraud courier company Yet now i have no recieve any item from Bmp. plz sure about your customer number. i provided alternative mobile number. so please give your real customer service number.
