As the delivery packaged received for Sandisk was not legitimate as the package was opened and damaged MI powerbank with a third class Rs 50/- stereo headphone as treating the customer with OEM product with no warranty and exchange where its not OEM. Please give me explanation on this statement. As per the ordered product I have not recieved any of them. Also looping your team in the email transaction with the online shopping portal consumer care.
