I brought a Samsung power bank of 16800 mah from the website bookmyoffer. I saw the ad on Facebook. After placing the order the product reached my home successfully. After using it for the first time I saw that the product was a damaged product. I immediately called the Customer care service of bookmyoffer and the guided me by giving me some tips to operate it successfully and gave me assurance that they would surely replace it if it still showed the problem. Unfortunately it showed and when I again called the Customer care the never picked my phone again. I even mailed them but got a cold response.
