Bookmypacket – SnapDeal – Explanation from Snapdeal.

Bookmypacket is one hell of a company. I don’t why snapdeal has partnered with them. I ordered a product from snapdeal of 26th Feb, which was dispatched on 27th Feb from Delhi. But, I haven’t yet received it in Noida. The contact number of bookmypacket provided by snapdeal is switched off most of the times and the tracking status has not been updated on since Feb 27th. This is ridiculous. I demand an explanation from Snapdeal. Order No. 5103277932
