Sir, I was booked mobile Speria K5 Notch from www.bookmyphone.in website and do payment through paytm RS 4499. My order number is- 2402377330. But i have received wrong phone. Then i trying to message to exchange or return message via email which is [email protected] and after called customer care they not receiving any phone calls. Sir not coming any response from email or call, So I want to cancel my order and refund amount, Thank You.
