THis is continuation of earlier complaint dated 03.01.2020 regarding the booking /delivery of the mobile set booked by me i.e. Speria K5 Notch smart mobile with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB ROM at Rs 4499.00. All my requests to cancel the order by email were undelivered. The telephonic requests at customer care no provided by Google could not be materialised. As those nos were not responding. The mobile phone was delivered on 3rd Jan 2020. On opening the same we found a loosely packed mobile of Spiria make with specification of 6 GB RAM +64 GB ROM and 12 MP rear camera as printed on box. But the actually the ROM was only 16 GB. Very poor specifications of the mobile set as compared to the one I ordered.
I request you to take urgent action in this regard to stop such fake online sale websites who are cheating the customers/ consumers. By the way this items was delivered by some company in Mayapuri, New Delhi as told by DTDC courier company. All this must be investigated seriously by Cyber crime of Delhi Police and Consumer Court.
Hi, I am rajkumar from tamilnadu. I have booked Xperia k5 mobile phone on 6th january by bookmyphone.in still not yet received. How to get refund my money.
My complaint is same, may i book the mobile 3/1/2020, and you are deliver by, duplicat mobile phone,
Bookmyphone-mobile phone not delivery.
