I placed an on-line order for mobile handset Speria K5 Notch smart phone with 8GB RAM and 128 GB ROM on 30.12.19 vide order no NIL. The payment was made through Credit card for Rs 4499.00 and an email was received confirming the order vide Receipt no 1418673482. The phone was to be delivered to Mr Soumen at Delhi. The order was cancelled on 31.12.19 vide my email to [email protected]. On 1.1.2020 When I didnot receive any reply, I sent two more emails again to [email protected] on 01.01.19 for cancellation of order. But these emails were bounced back saying unable to deliver as recipient address rejected.. Contacted the customer service center at 8448440689 several times. No response. Conacted Bookmyphone helpline 7667578806. ( Taken from Google search). They assured for full refund only after giving them my UPI pin and password etc. They wanted to access my account through the link they sent to me on my mobile, which i refused. They never asked me my order/ receipt no etc. they sent me link on my mobile to open and submit the information asked for. i cannot share my pin with them. finally when i refused to share they told me your order will not executed. i was surprised as they were not aware that item has already been dispatched.They persuaded me four times by ringing me over phone. In the mean time the phone was delivered on 02.01.2020 by courier without any cancellation of order. After opening the box i found a defective mobile of different make and model Spiria 6GB RAM and 64 GB ROM as written on box and a lousy charger and a battery kept in loose packing. Which looks like dummy phone. I have kept the items back in box. This is a clear case of cheating and fraud. on part of the company.
Now I want to return the item and get my money (Rs 4499.0 only) back. Not interested in exchange even.
