Hello,
I have ordered Philips Power Bank (Order No: # BOO1118191101) through online www.bookourorder.com and received the parcel on 05-Nov-2016
The item is not seems to be genuine, it’s not actual Philips product as mentioned in your website also it’s not functioning well as mentioned (25000mAh). There is no user manual inside the box. For every electronic items there has to be user manual or safety guidelines.
I wrote an email about my complain to [email protected] mentioned in their website but got bounced with failure notice saying “:
72.167.238.29 does not like recipient, Remote host said: 550 5.1.1 Recipient not found.”
It seems the mail ID they mentioned in their site is fake one. Also there is no customer care number exist.
Please take necessary action against this fake online shopping company.
