i purchase a memory card from bookthecart.com on3-4-2016 order number is108771000027806 but after delivery when i checked the card it is defective when i connected it with my pc then im unable to copy anything in it.after thati contact to their customer care and theysaid us an email with all information and they said i will receivedrefund in 24 hours but almost a week has been passed but i still didn’t get refund.every time i call then they said that in next 24 hours i will received my refund.in this way they r trying to cheat take some action against them.
