On 30-03-2016 while surfing on FB I got to know about Ray-Ban Green Aviator Men’s Sunglasses costing Rs 549/- (Site – bookthecart.com) & I have booked it. On 05-04-2016 I got the delivery as well but I was very much shock while opening the packet. They have given me third class product which we will get it on station costing not more than Rs 50/- On the top of it while returning the product I am facing difficulties as they don’t have any valid no. to call them or mail ID. On the web side mail ID I have register my complaint thrice but couldn’t got any reply from them.
Requesting you to please, look in to this & stop such exploitation. Also wanted to highlight such issue to Facebook do not give such fake links on your website which will hamper your Goodwill.
