i bought 2 32GB samsung memory cards from bookthecart.com. they sent me defective products. when i asked for return they sent me a mail that their person will come and pickup the product. from then no one came to me. their phone is not working. now their website is also not opening. please help me in this regard. i keep on mailing them. but no reply from them.

Sir, I ordered a samsung power bank of 10000 mah rs 399 from http://www.todayindiadeals.com and it has delivered a duplicate one. For this I have complain to the site for returning the product and they replied that their customer executive be in touch with me . sir it has past almost a month and their number is switch off.
