I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against boom 11 app for fraudulent practices, non-processing of my withdrawal, and complete lack of customer support Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, the company has ignored my requests, not responded to emails, and failed to address my concerns on calls
Details of My Complaint:
Withdrawal Issue:My withdrawal request of 10000 + 10000 Transaction ID has been attached and pending for last 4 days
No Response from Support I have contacted customer support via calls, emails, and in-app chats ( file attached) No resolution or acknowledgment has been provided.Suspected Fraud The company is deliberately withholding my money without justification. False promises or automated replies are given instead of actual solutions.
Contacted customer support 500 times (last attempt on 7 august 2025 Sent emails attached Posted on social media/review platforms but received no resolution.I Request for Immediate ActionI request Voxya to Escalate this complaint to the concerned authorities (RBI, Cyber Cell if needed). Help recover my pending withdrawal amount. Take strict action** against the company for fraudulent practices. Attached Proof Transaction history Withdrawal request proof Customer support chat call logs Emails sent to the company I urge you to investigate this matter urgentlyand help me get my rightful payment. Please let me know the next steps at the earliest.
