I have booked a Flat in Park Arena Project in 2010 (Sector 80, Nehar Par, Faridabad, Haryana) and made 30 lakh of payment but since 2012, BPTP has stopped the construction and giving false promises to all the buyers. It is now 6 years but no possession has been allotted. As per the builder buyer agreement – BPTP should hand over the possession in 36 months with 6 months of grace period.

I am paying monthly installment to the bank and there is no answer from BPTP. I have visited the site and the construction is all rusted and it is in very bad shape. The building health is not great and I am not sure if the building can be used anymore ?

Please look into the matter and do justice to all buyers of BPTP.
