I hv booked flat in yr 2008. After booking, next demand was supposed to be ater45 days from bookingi date i hv paid that demand 12 days late because at that time building plan was not sectioned by competent authority, rest all instalment were paid on time. Because of this i’m being denied late possession penalty which is frm 2011 till date. I hv written lots of emails n personal discussion wid their higher authorities but all in vain . They r adamant not to pay me penalty falls on them even my 12 days delay due to error in their demand they changed me penalty of interest then n there only n i had paid. This is great cheating.
