A few days ago, I ordered a pair of casual utility pants from brand-fusion-co.myshopify.com’s “eoss-live” collection. And today, on October 13, 2023, I received a package from Ekart Logistics in which the parcel was wrapped in three packings.
An old pair of torn jeans pants are included in the final package.
Both a return option and a way to get in touch with them are absent from their website.
They are given an unusable phone number.
My money was lost. STMT06OCT17101 is the order number I have. Please find a solution to this as soon as you can.
