I have opted for holiday plan of 6 nights and 7 days and already paid 54000 to branddon. I’m trying to reach them since 2-3 months but no one is answering my call. Below is the mail from branddon.

Your membership entitles you to a holiday of one week every year for the next 1 Year at any of the BDHKH affiliated properties. The entitlement is for a couple and children between 12 years of age.
Normally a good Event, Holidays membership Purchase cost would be Rs.54,000/- initial Paid Rs. 54,000/- & Balance is Rs.NIL. For a family of four People. You are entitled to this benefit free of cost every year as long as your membership is active with us.
