Pune Division: Will only provide services for packages purchased from their branch.
Aditya Jadhav, the salesperson who sold us the package and now refuses to offer any assistance.
Every time we have attempted to plan a vacation from them in the past two years, we have gotten nothing but excuses and no service of any kind.
Solution: Ask for a reimbursement of the full amount they took from us, plus any penalty fees.
