I had on 31.10.2021 made a payment of Rs.1,999/- (Rupees One thousand nine hundred and ninety nine only) through my G PAY account with UPI Transaction ID :130417166690 to razorpay, razorpay@icici. The Google Transaction ID is : CICAgOCWuveGBg. Neither have I received the product nor have I got a refund from M/s, BRANDEDSTOREwimigo20519365312649. Kindly get back within a week on the action taken from your end to settle the issue failing which I will be forced to file a cyber crime case for fraud and forgery by your firm.
